Tracks 1-9 were recorded by Haroldo Mardones at Spot Studio in Orlando, FL in 1995. Track 8, "Hypocrite" appeared on Herb Strummer's 1995 "Punkin' Donuts" Florida Punk Compilation--all other tracks were unreleased.

Tracks 10-16 were recorded at Chris Sappone's house on 4-Track, 1996 and ended up on the "Boycott" split tape with $Chapter 13$.
